New hope

The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is a conservation organisation that manages various projects in Africa. In particular, they maintain an elephant orphanage near Nairobi. They house elephants that have been left orphan either by accident of by poaching. The demanding work carried out by the centre and the curators is praiseworthy as they have managed numerous reintroductions giving these animals a second chance at life.
